We are moving to SCIM and need to auto-set a deactivated / deprovisioned settings to auto assign everything the own( messages, conversations, articles ) to a default queue.

Just to make sure so we are on the same page, are you trying to reassign messages, conversations and articles your previous teammate owned to a specific team inbox? If that's the case, this wouldn't be possible. You can only reassign them to a specific teammate and not to a team inbox (using the option "Reassign conversations to").
