Is it possible to remove the X from my Intercom post?

I would like to use the in-app “Post” functionality for a consent pop up, and therefore need the X in the top right removed.

I’d ideally like the copy to read something like “By clicking I consent below, I consent to XYZ” and then I’d love a button below that says “I consent” or “I understand” or similar.

Anyone got any clever, hacky ways I could achieve something like this in Intercom?

Trying to save my Product team and Devs resources 😆

@Mercedes Gleeson  There may be a way you can accomplish this but I’m curious why you’d want to do this via Intercom vs another method on the website directly -- is it just the no-code nature of how easy it would be to do here in Intercom?  Or is this something that you specifically need the data within Intercom?

If so, you may want to suggest this as in the Ideas section of the community to pitch it as another type of popup that could be available.

That being said, you should be able to create a popup outside of Intercom and pass that information to Intercom if you want to use it for a workflow etc.

Sorry this doesn’t give you a solution but I think aside from somehow using some JS to change the display of the Intercom popup, I’d say this won’t be easy to accomplish.
