We've been using intercom for about 1.5 years now. I am a co-founder of the cloud phone system smrtPhone.
It seems like every month we learn more about how we can better utilise the different features of intercom. We now have it integrated into our website (for sales), or web application (for support and customer success) and our mobile apps (for support).
We are looking forward to learning more from the community.
