Hi what is the best way to get GDPR consent from a VISITOR/LEAD?

 

Should we create a custom attribute with the field name "By supplying your contact information, you authorize us to contact and promote our services to you on and across different services, websites and apps in accordance with our Privacy Policy." and set it as a Yes/No? Then do we run a task bot?

    Hi @user194​, for visitors and leads, you can use either Custom Bots for this purpose, or you can create a qualification attribute, which you can then use in the "Qualify leads" task bot.
