As far as I understand google indexing only works when I have cname record in my dns registrar. But in this case I cannot provision tls certificate for my cname record except case when I am using Cloudflare. So the option is only to use Cloudflare, please correct me if I am wrong?

Hey @bohdan! Daniel from Customer Support Engineering here 🔧

You can indeed have an SSL certificate for your domain while SEO indexing is enabled. I believe you should be able to provision a certificate regardless of your provider. Please see our documentation for more information on this. Note that SSL certificates are managed outside of Intercom, and if your provider cannot provision them, you may need to set one up yourself.

Hope this helps 👍
