A few things to consider:
Intercom App Not Invited to the specific Slack Channel?
Slack App Permissions Not Granted?
I’d probably start there, and then also check the conversation you reassigned as a test -- enable Show Conversation Events in the conversation menu:
And see if the event fired for that workflow or not, if it didn’t fire then it could be that there’s another Workflow or filter that caused it not to trigger.
