Hello.

I am aware of the option on how to select multiple conversations in a view and close them. However, we don’t wish to close all the snoozed want to close a particular type of snoozed conversations. Is there a way to apply a filter and only get the relevant type of conversations and then be able to bulk close them?

Just sorting doesn’t help when you have a few thousands snoozed conversations.

Hi @Rayan Nasir -- Cam with the Intercom Support Engineering team here!

Have you tried using the Search tool (green arrow👇) for this? You can apply a “Status”: “Snoozed” filter (pink arrow) and a variety of other filters to hopefully pull up a list of the conversation you want to bulk close. Hovering over the Contacts profile avatar icon will display a tick-box you can click on, and in this way bulk select some or all convos from the list which you can then action in the same/similar way you do in the Inbox.

Let me know if this helps at all and if you have any follow-up questions!
