I feel that group is mainly for people navigating only based on what they see on the display of their devices ... thus users.

 

What I do/did is much deeper technical stuff: real bug reports and technical feature requests. I work in software manufacturing. Software like Intercom.

While using, integrating Intercom I take a peek under the hood.

Many of my bug reports and feature request already landed in Intercom :)

I take my time, investigate, test and call you up with my findings.

It is a bit hard with Intercom support people (sorry) but I press my findings until they "go through" :)

In that case, I wonder if there is space for a group for more technical workarounds? What do you think? Could you share with me one of the technical workarounds you've found in the past?

I forget them.

Maybe one: In the plain text part of notification emails there were HTML entities, e.g. the greater/less than signs around <ema@il> addresses.

I refrain from suggesting workarounds to Intercom users or to Intercom employees as much as I can.
