Hello! I'm a long time Intercom user (going on my 4th year here at my organization) but just finally jumping into the Interconnected community. Our org is known for its superb Customer Success team and we definitely credit Intercom for helping to give us that reputation. My priority for my team this year is to automate support and provide as much proactive support as possible so we can keep up with our growing customer base and product features. Back in August, we started utilizing Resolution Bots which has been a really exciting journey.
