I'm Sophia Rascon, Head of Customer Success at Reloadly, a global telecom company.
We are using intercom for customer successs (onboarding), customer support and lead generation and qualification.
We use custom bots and we are creating a product tour.
We also send some campaigns but there's so much more I want to do!
I have implemented and used intercom already in 3 different companies for the last 4 years.
At Reloadly, we have it integrated towards pipedrive, so we can create deals for our sales team to manage.
