I'm community manager at civo.com - I've been using intercom for two different companies for around 3 years now and love it. I still feel like there's so much more I can get out of the platform and learn. Similarly, one of the things that excites me about Intercom is that despite it being great, there still feels like loads of room for improvements and innovation.
Keen to expand my knowledge whilst I'm here - and see how you develop your community space. Thank you to all the nice Intercom staff that I've bombarded with questions over the years.
