Hi All, I'm Tom, Head of Customer Experience at Practice Ignition, a B2B SaaS app that is solving the problem of getting paid on time for everything a professional services company does. We do that by directly tying the payment collection process to a proposal. Plus we provide a huge amount of efficiencies with workflow integrations. We focus on the accounting industry and are growing rapidly with a team of 130 spread across 6 countries. HQ is in Sydney, Australia. I'm based in Kelowna, BC, Canada.
