Hi everybody ! My name is Sheelagh and I work as a customer support manager at Pleo. Pleo is based out of Copenhagen and is a business card solution that manages your expense reports and makes it easier to manage your business expenses. We are currently scaling rapidly and I am interested in sharing ideas and talking to people who have had experience of scaling up their usage of Intercom especially to improve their ROAR (rate of automated resolution) index.
