I'm Josselin, Customer Support Manager at Wooclap. We provide an online tool for Universities and higher educational institutions which makes teaching awesome and effective by turning technology into an en exceptional learning tool.

 

As we develop an everyday tech platform we have a lots of feature request and support tickets, that I manage myself.

 

I'm really willing to learn more about Intercom, especially when it comes to Messenger (Inbox), automations and Help Center.
