I'm Olaf, one of the founders of Soon, a workforce management software for customer support teams. We've been using Intercom since our launch about 2.5 years ago. Most of our users are contact centers who are part larger corporations, where they often focus more on phone support as the predominant channel.
We're excited about interconnected! I hope to connect with more teams like ourselves who use Intercom as their main support channel. Very interested in how everyone here operates their customer service. I also aim to contribute to scheduling related topics when possible 😃
