Hi Everyone! My name is Claire and I work as Customer Success Manager and Account Manager at quintly. We are a social media analytic tool and have customers worldwide. Our headquarters are in Germany. We use the live chat function, product tours and articles. I am now looking into using the inbound Custom bots in order to direct a message to the right person in my team. I was based out of Germany, but just recently moved back to New Zealand. If anyone has any tips on using inbound custom bots I'm happy to chat 🙂

Kia ora, @user496​, welcome to the community! I don't blame you for decamping back to New Zealand, seems to be one of the few places in the world that's managed a good response to covid 😅

Hi @user484​ Thanks, I'm still in Auckland at the moment in an isolation hotel 😃 but I will be working remotely from the Wairarapa so not far from Wellington. I've been using intercom for about 4 and a half years, really love their features and so user friendly.

I hope you ended up in a good hotel? You must be counting down the days until you can head to the sunny Wairarapa. Its one of my favourite parts of Aotearoa.

Hi @user484​ Hotel has been pretty good, and yes counting down the days! Haven't been home for a couple of years so will be nice to see family and friends again 😊

Hey,

 

My name is Michael and I am the global support manager at Myagi.com. I am based in Germany currently so I very jealous that you get to enjoy NZ.

 

Maybe by now you are an intercom pro and could also share some of your best practices/learnings. I am also looking into how I can create some custom bots and product tours. I would also be happy to hop on a call or share my whatsapp info.

 

If anyone wants to share some tips or concepts with me I would be very grateful.
