Hi guys and girl, ladies and gentleman, my name is Amir and I am part of a very small but effective Customer Success Team. There are 3 of us and we have a customer base of more than 700 customers. We, mainly I use Intercom for everything, generating leads, answering customer questions, bots, tours, messages, push messages and all other possibilities that Intercom offers.

 

We digitize the entire construction workflow, from booking hours to sending invoices. bouw7

Yeah i've been working with Intercom for the past 3 years now and do know a lot, but there is always more to learn. In the Netherlands we say, You're never to Old to Learn...
