Kia ora. Hello! I'm Rob from PaperKite. We are based in Aotearoa/New Zealand.

 

We intend to browse the questions posed in this forum and see if we can help out. I can see that others have already been very generous with their time, and have shared some great resources.

 

We (PaperKite) use Intercom to power our Rippl chatbot. Rippl is an award winning privacy-first contact tracing solution used in New Zealand. We managed to catch over 70% of incoming questions by carefully configuring the chatbot, and quickly tweaking it in response to what we observed. Intercom wrote a case study about it here

This is a great example of one of our Intercom @Success Stories​, I'd love to see you cross-post about it to that group if you'd like to! New Zealand in general is a success story when it comes to fighting covid...and rugby (but don't mention the quarter final in the last World Cup 😓)

It's pretty exciting to see how quickly people are jumping on this opportunity to share knowledge and experiences with Intercom. I'll take a look at @Success Stories​ and post something there too - thanks for the tip.

 

In terms of Covid - it aint over yet - but we've been doing ok here so far (was nice to be called out by WHO as an example of how to do it).
