I spearhead our company's engagement leg and we're using Intercom for User Engagement and Education and as well as Customer Support.
I've implemented Intercom in 2 different companies in the last 4 years and it's wonderful to see some of my feature requests and enhancements coming to life over the years. Product Tours, Private Help Center and Task Bots are heavily relied-upon assets we use today. App integrations work really well for us too!
I hope to learn tips & tricks to use Intercom optimally, and learn from the success stories of others using Intercom.
