Preview for custom bot won't launch

I'm not sure if this is an issue with some browser configuration or cookies on my end, but I've been trying to Preview a Custom Bot I created. When I click the Preview icon, it prompts me to select the website to preview it on. I am selecting a site that DOES have intercom installed. However, after doing that, the preview doesn't launch. It just ends there and I'm back on the Custom Bot screen. I did try clearing cookies and logging back in but the preview still won't launch.

 

Any thoughts on what might be causing this? I'm not comfortable setting this live until I can preview it several times at minimum.

Hi @eileen​, I don't know myself but if you haven't already I'd suggest going direct to Intercom support to see if they can help. They are able to access your site (with permission) and take a look at the issue. They've done this for me a number of times and sorted these kinds of things out.

Hi @eileen​, I don't know myself but if you haven't already I'd suggest going direct to Intercom support to see if they can help. They are able to access your site (with permission) and take a look at the issue. They've done this for me a number of times and sorted these kinds of things out.
