I am wondering if it is possible to update either a Lead Data Attribute field (People Data Attribute) or Qualification Data field based on if the field is null starting from when a visitor sends a message. For example, setting custom attribute “Chat ID” with value “ID” from the Conversation Attributes section when visitor sends their first message.


Or as an alternative, if its possible to use a data field from Conversation Attributes in sync settings for Salesforce (currently I do not see any of those fields in the selection list in the settings).
