We want to use the bot to answer the simple questions.

We have different FAQ's for different schools that we deal with. We want the bot to be able to ask the customer what school and then be able to answer with that schools FAQ. How do I go in and program this?

One way to solve for this would be to have an attribute for each school and do the following;

  1. Offer a custom bot that is bound to the schools attribute
  2. Create resolution bots that have an audience bound to the schools attribute

With Point 1 you could prompt with a specific set of answers and paths respective to the school.

With Point 2 you can have answers linked to the school and trained with particular questions to trigger the answer.

Hi @jason ,

Can you be more specific about your case? This FAQ is located in the Help Center?

The best way will be to use a custom bot.
