We have been using Intercom (poorly) for quite awhile (4-5 years) and more recently embarked on a new design, a single instance and using Intercom at an Enterprise level for about 7-8 months.
We have been pushing Intercom to the point of breaking for a while and looking to do more across the whole customer journey and to that end, keen to engage with y'all on how it all does or does not work!.
