Hi everyone,

I am trying to understand more about NFC technology and specifically how a mifare classic 1k nfc sticker works in real-world applications. I recently started experimenting with NFC tags and want to know how secure they are for storing small data like URLs, IDs, or access credentials.

Are these stickers still widely supported by modern Android devices, and do iOS devices read them reliably? Also, I would like to know if cloning or rewriting these tags is easy with common tools, and whether they are suitable for basic access control systems or only for simple tasks like sharing links.

Any practical advice or limitations would be helpful.
