I want to report an issue we have encountered with the Intercom SDK on Android. Troubleshooting MQRC 2035 Authorization Error in Intercom Integration

Hello everyone.I'm experiencing an MQRC 2035 (Authorization) error when integrating Intercom with our messaging queue system. The setup involves deploying an application with MQ Client Connection Properties, specifying all necessary details.While trying to resolve the issue, I reached out to RabbitMQ support to ensure our configurations were correct. Despite Intercom running as the root user and the queue manager using default mqm users, the connection still fails. The error message indicates a failure to connect to the queue manager on the specified hostname and port.Has anyone encountered this issue while integrating Intercom with a messaging queue? What steps did you take to resolve it?Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m trying to associate article views to actual companies or even individuals so that can use this data in decay analysis and compare against renewal and expansion. Is this data really not available? Do I have to lock down my KB behind a login to get this info?

Friends, are there any Paid Consultations around Fin optimization? I’m wanting someone to hop on a call with me so that I can check my logic. I pulled ticket information via the MCP into claude and did some ticket analysis. We’ve learned what our top support gaps are and we created documentation with SME’s to fill those gaps especially on the troubleshooting side. The rub is that I don’t know how to effectively attribute the benefit of the document(s) that we created - to the potential improvement of Fin Resolution rate (nor by how much). Also, separate thought - is there a way to review edits that were updated through the suggestions in Train? Sorry for the vomit, I just want the effort we put it to count! :)

Why is there still no way to send a outbound message trough whatsapp?

Hello guys,I read a little bit trough the community and the weird thing is how many cases their are about outbounding messages in whatsapp. And i think i speak for a lot of people here and thats just a shame for such a good developed platform not be able to send a whatsapp message to the customer. And even if i wanted to start a conversation from the dashboard i could not even send a message like: Hey “Customer name”, Because variables are not supported……. And don’t let me start about that whatsapp is a PAID add-On. And then i tought maybe it’s just the UI that does not support it. And i looked at the developpers page to send a message trough API. And it’s not available even their, how much work would it be just to add a option to send it trough whatsapp programatically WITH variables.You already have the API?You could already send a outbound Whatsapp message trough the dashboard? And now i am just stuck, because i cannot connect two partners to my whatsapp account. I cannot recieve m

We have recently moved from a different ticketing system to Intercom.One of the features we miss the most of the old system is notifications on conversations that are ABOUT TO breach their SLA. This would serve as a reminder for any conversation that was in the queue and give us a chance to respond before it was officially out of compliance.As another submission posted, we bounce between applications all day long and it’s easy to miss a conversation on the verge of breaching SLA.

How can I add an article to several collections?

Hello everyone! Had been a little confused while creating articles and collections for my students. We've got 2 collections like "Methodology helper" and "Assessments", where I want to put the same articles about the process and meaning of assessments. But as I see it, Intercom doesn't allow adding one article to more than one section. And the possible solution of creating two of the same articles just to put them in different collections looks kind of strange to me, as we can't get the right statistics of the use of this material. Does anyone know any ways to fix it? Thank you in advance!

Transform customer response before creating JSON body in Data Connectors?

I’m trying to implement a newsletter signup. User enters their email and if they want to be on the marketing list or the build announcments list. The way I have this setup in sendgrid is via a custom field request should be something like: { “email”: “john.doe@appleseed.com”, “list”: “marketing”}Right now I can easily collect boolean values for if the user wants marketing or build announcments but I can’t see a way to transform that into the correct string to insert in the body. Thanks!

Send a Slack alert when the number of conversations linked to a tracker ticket reaches a certain number

Some co-workers who don't regularly check Intercom need Slack notifications when a certain number of conversations are linked to a tracker ticket.I’ve considered a few options. The first is a workflow that checks the number of "customer reports" repeatedly, but there isn't a "wait" option in a ticket workflow, only snooze, which I want to avoid.The second option is sending a webhook to a third-party service to check linked conversations via an API call, but this would involve too many calls.Another option is creating a view that filters for customer reports above a certain number, but that doesn’t help since those needing alerts aren’t always on Intercom. Is there a better solution?

[Urgent] Android apps using Android SDK version 15.16.* are crashing.

Hi,We added the Intercom Android SDK into our app.implementation 'io.intercom.android:intercom-sdk:15.6.3'When clients click these auto-reply conversations, the app crashed: Recently, we received many crash report:Parameter specified as non-null is null: method io.intercom.android.sdk.m5.conversation.states.ConversationHeaderV2.<init>, parameter subtitle Did some nearby updates at the back-end removing the ‘subtitle’ parameter? I tested with all 15.6.* version SDKs and they all have this problem. Starting from SDK 16, a targetSDK version of 35 is required. Migrating our app to 35 will take a significant amount of time, and app crashes severely affect user experience. It would be a big help if you guys can add back the ‘subtitle’ back to the message or conversation model to keep the app from crashing. Please let me know if you can do this, or there’s other solution. Thank you!

There seems to be a bug specifically with Chrome in workflows. I cannot select a path (line arrow) and press delete. It won’t delete. This does work correctly in Firefox.

We are building a substantial knowledge base collection of articles in intercom. However, many terms are repeated in the article, and when one searches for such a term, only 10 articles are displayed. How do we get a list of all the articles, even if we need to scroll through several pages?
