Recently had to block a user for verbally accosting chat support. Now I'm in need of recovering those conversations for the sake of "receipts". I searched the user but the conversations have been deleted from her history. Is there a way to recover those conversations? They're only 24 hours old.

Hey @toni, I'm very sorry to hear that. It's a really crappy experience for your support team!
The only way recover these conversations through the UI would be to unblock the user.
However, you could make a call to our API to retrieve these programatically. Let me know if that would be a good solution for you!
