Message Management on Mobile

HiWe're new to Intercom. We'd like to post a message to a user that pops up on opening of the app like this: What we are getting is the message view first: Is there any way to suppress this and go straight to the pop-up message? Thanks in advance, John

Hey @JToothRacheal from the support engineer team here👋If your customer has any previously unread messages, we will send the in-full Post straight away but will queue this message on top of the other unreadmessages. The in-full message is not forced to open, and the customer will have to manually open the message, as you are seeing on your end. So as long as the user doesn’t have any other unread messages you should see the intended behavior. If theydohave some unread messages, we will always stack the messages, I’m afraid there is no way around that at this time. I’d be happy to flag this as a feature request for the team to consider in the future though!
