Thumbs up and down for survey option?

Hi,  I want to create a survey to get an idea if a new feature is working as expected. How can I create a survey with “How did our xxxx do?” thumbs up and down, with an optional free text field after selecting?

Hey @Tess B👋🏼 Shauna here from Support!You currently can’t use 👍🏼 or 👎🏼 as a Survey question type; but what you could use is the ‘Emoji Scale’ & set it to 3 and it will show this ⬇️Your customers could choose between the 3 faces, you could then add a follow up question with the survey question type ‘short text entry’ to capture any feedback!Check out this article here for more -https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/5973834-intercom-s-survey-types#h_0b630754e2

Thanks Shauna. Is there a way to at least show more than once per day? We want the survey to show every time the users testour Beta feature.
