[Android] App crash with GalleryLightBoxActivity.onCreate

Hi,

We work on Android Native with Intercom version 12.4.2.

implementation 'io.intercom.android:intercom-sdk-base:12.4.2'

We received the app crashes on our Play Console. The error message was:

Please help us provide the suggestion for this issue.

Hi there, @vinh dang d !

 

Currently were are on version #15.1 of our Android SDK. Can you update your SDK and see if you’re still running into this issue? You’ll need to make sure the User that you test the new SDK out with is actually using a version of your app with that new SDK.
