Is there a way to see who closed a conversation? When looking at employees Intercoms it shows the conversation was closed but does not list who closed it.

On Help Desk, while looking at a certain conversation, you can see who closed the conversation by checking the conversation events. If you are not able to see the conversation events, you can enable them in the below section. While it is enabled, you will see all the conversation events. This will also show who closed the conversation, like the below example.
