Is there any way to see which pages the customers most starts news conversations via messenger? I did not find this information in the custom reports.

Jennifer here from Intercom
In the Inbox, you can mouse-over this icon on a message from a customer to see their Source URL - the exact place they are at on your site when they choose to write in to you. It also shows their browser and OS! 💻
