Go to ticket by number

A colleague calls me and says “Please open ticket 2138”how do I quickly go to ticket 2138?Please enable a keyboard shortcut / search to go to tickets quickly

Hey @Ben Hizak 👋 Jacques here from support engineering!To quickly go to ticket 2138, you can use the Command-Pshortcut. Press⌘/Ctrl+Pto open the search Conversations/Tickets page in the Help Desk, and then type or paste in the ticket number to search for it directly. This should bring up the ticket in your Help Desk if it exists and is accessible to you. Make sure you're not in the composer when using these shortcuts for them to work properly.Additionally, you can click the search icon on the top left of the Help Desk to access the search page, and start typing the ticket number.
