Question

We using internal communication through google chat. My question is, can we integrate google-chat messages into an separate inbox in Intercom? Any ideás?

Hey @Tobias olssonCurrently, we don’t have a native integration for this. That said, you can create your own integration between Google-Chat and Intercom by using both platforms’ API sources.On Intercom side, you would need to work with Conversation API.Create a ConversationReply to a ConversationUpdate a ConversationRetrieve a ConversationYou can also see all the other available endpoints in the same docs.Also, you mightconsiderchecking some third party tools such as Zapier.Lastly, I couldn’t see any third party apps on our App Store for this use-case, however, you can also check it herejust in case.Hope this gives you some ideas! :)
