Hi @rachel d​, not sure if you are aware, but CTRL+ENTER works for sending the reply without the need to touch the mouse 😉

I don't seem to be able to use CTRL+ENTER

Strange. It's one of the official shortcuts. I use it on a daily basis for a pretty long time. Not sure what operating system and browser you are using. I am using Ubuntu Linux Chrome. Maybe there can be some difference for other systems.

Where abouts is that located, @libor​?

You can see this when you click the small gray question mark icon in the upper-right corner of the field where you type your response.

I can make it work when I use my Mac's keyboard, but not my normal keyboard. I feel there might be some settings I need to update on it

Hey @rachel d​ @libor​ - there might be some confusion here between Mac and Windows. The shortcut for Windows is CTRL + Enter, whereas the shortcut for Mac is CMD + Enter.

Pressing enter key to send a chat message is a standard I wonder why Intercom went a different way. People are accustomed to utilizing shift+enter for new line and enter to send messages
