The icons represent the first letter of your user's name. A "-" appears when a lead without a name writes in, the arrow means that a teammate, or operator was the last to reply, and lastly the "?" represents when a user with no name writes in.

The icons represent the first letter of your user's name. A "-" appears when a lead without a name writes in, the arrow means that a teammate, or operator was the last to reply, and lastly the "?" represents when a user with no name writes in.
