Is Live chat currently down?

Same question as well. No one from our success managers are answering as well

I can’t seem to get to the Intercom Support chat. 
And it seems the live chat is currently down as well. 
Anyone knows how to connect to Intercom Support?

I have the same experience as well. We are in one of our biggest events then this happened. Absolutely disappointed.

Also user inbox doesn’t seem to show open tickets/conversations

We're currently experiencing issues on background processes in Intercom.

This is affecting different features and functions such as Help Desk with conversations not being assigned and Fin.
Our engineers are currently investigating and we'll continue to update our status page.
