Is there a way to set up Inbox Rules to Automatically Tag user-generated ratings?

The goal is to automatically add a tag to terrible, bad, and OK conversation ratings automatically after the rating is applied. Then use that tag to search & sort conversations for review in Klaus.

@daniel f11​, have you ever had any Klaus users ask about similar configurations? Would you be able to advise @user393​ here?

I would like a feature like this. I have found that sending an App rating request for customers that respond 5/5 for their last conversation rating outperforms a segment of customers that rate us 10/10 in a NPS survey. Having the ability to tag would then allow automation of an outbound message.
