Hi,

I am trying to find an article about reminder automation.

For example, we missed out a ticket and it will automatically remind us that no one has touched this ticket yet or hasn't been actioned or it's been sitting there for a while. 
 
Is there an automation like that except for snoozing a convo?

You can set up an SLA workflow that will send a notification when SLA of the ticket or conversation is breached to the Slack channel.

You can read more about it in this article.

Alternatively, you can create an automation using a third-party automation tool like Zapier, our Conversations API or Slack.

This is quite a custom setup, though.
