Short URL for quick sharing of links to conversations

Question

Since one of the few ways a Lite user can see a conversation is via link and to make it easy within a CX team to share conversation URLs without having to mention everyone, I’d like to suggest an option in the upper conversation tool bar to grab a shortened URL for that conversation. We had this in Richpanel, and it made it super easy to quickly grab a link to the conversation for easy sharing.

I’ll be happy to share this request with the Product team🤓.In the meantime maybe your team could look into creating a custom integration that looks at new conversations being created based on the new.conversation webhook and grab the URLS of those conversations shorten it and add the result as a note in the conversation. Something like this:I know this isn’t ideal but this could help at leastadd an readily available shorten URL of the conversation for sharing purposes if your team did not want to use the mention feature.
