does intercom have a feature, where a customer opens messenger to text you and asks whether they want to text you as a guest or use facebook messenger? like that:

At the moment, Intercom does not have a feature like this. But I would love to pass this along as a feature request for the product team. Would you be able to provide some additional context on how this would ideally look for you? Which channel options would you like to give your users the choice of selecting? Would we be asking if they want to message you via Facebook instead of the Messenger?
