Underline text within the Inbox.

Hi,

Is there a way to underline text when sending a reply in Inbox?

I can only see an option to bold or italicise text, and the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + U does not seem to do anything.

It isn't possible to underline text within the Intercom Inbox at the moment. If you'd like I can include this within a feature request so that we can potentially see something like this within the future? The team are actively working on improving Intercom & especially with the addition of the new Inbox this would be a great time to flag this! 😁

Hi Evan, I'd just like to add my kudos to the original poster as I searched for the same thing. An underline feature would be wicked helpful in some cases. Just wanted to pitch in the hooray for the underline team. :)
