We have an integration that posts private notes. After migrating to the new inbox, the markdown isn't formatting. Does Intercom plan to support markdown, or do we need to switch to HTML?

Hey @cory b ! Thanks for flagging it. We already have an open bug issue on this and our engineers are investigating the issue.
Hi team, was this issue ever resolved? I am working on a new integration and our data comes in formatted with markdown and the message doesn’t seem to be coming out formatted
