Export Intercom Data to Notion

Is there an easy automated way to export Intercom reports and dashboard data to Notion? I would like to maintain company-wide ‘Scoreboards’ in Notion and Intercom is obviously a key part of that for CS.

Hello,Can you help me with this questions?Is it possible to integrate with a third-party API that requires OAuth2 authentication? Can I receive notifications (webhooks) from a third-party system?Use Case:Suppose I receive a webhook notification from a third-party system containing a resource ID. After receiving this notification, I need to use their API—which requires OAuth2 authentication—to fetch additional data. The data from this API response will be used to create a ticket in Intercom.

This message would include essential details, such as information about an error the user encountered. Can I add data from instagram to the user profile when someone is sending a DM?

 connected IG and intercom and if someone send a DM it will open a conversation. But I cant figure out how to add the profile information to intercom’s right menu like profile link or number of followers.

How do you keep track of which Jira issues are linked with Intercom tickets?

Hey everyone, I’m using the official Intercom Jira add-on and it works great. We also have some workflows set up to sync Jira and Intercom ticket statuses 🔥How are you keeping track of which issues are linked with Intercom in the Jira issue though? For example, let’s say we’re closing out a sprint and a handful of Jira issues might be linked with Intercom tickets. How do you know which ones to go close out?

Userfeed Contact

Does anyone know how to contact Userfeed? With Bump no longer supported nor present in the available apps, we are trying to stop payment. Would like to avoid going through our bank to stop payment, but have been unable to reach anyone at Userfeed directly. Any help would be great!

Intercom CDN Whitelisting Issue

I have already started a conversation through app but the solution offered is not a solution at all.Since we started using Intercom, we run all our support operations both for customers and potential users via Intercom conversations.Now many of our users are complaining that they cannot reach us out via support button and when we connect to their device and check the Intercom CDNs are banned by their modem. The affected user count increases day by day and our support team spends extra effort and time just to try to make it whitelisted, so instead of focusing the real problem Intercom now causes a time loss to fix the support button. Hi everyone, I am currently trying to link Intercom to our CRM Microsoft Dynamics. Is there a way to view the Intercom Ticket data on Dynamics so all our customer data is on one page? Integrating Intercom with Circle.IO

We plan purchase Circle. IO for our course and community platform. We need to make sure that Intercom integrates with it before we finalize the purchase, though. Circle said it should integrate just fine, but we want to test it first. They asked me for an Intercom code snippet. Intercom bot directed me where I can find this. I shared it with Circle and they were unsuccessful with getting the snippet to work. Is there anyone at Intercom that can help me outside of the bot? Or anyone else use Circle and have had success integrating intercom?

Need assistance with custom attributes

Using intercom’s messenger-js-sdkI am currently passing custom attributes during Intercom instantiation like so```  Intercom({    app_id: appId,    user_id: userId,    name: userName,    email: email,    created_at: createdAt,    tenant_id: tenantId,    tenant_name: tenantName,    tenant_role: tenantRole,    app_environment: appEnvironment,  });```  The custom attributes are already set within Intercom itself as shown in the above attached image. However, when testing it out the custom attribute is not being populated.I’ve checked the user data payload sent during the ping http request, all data is supplied appropriately.Any ideas what could be the problem ?

Include Company Name and Email Address in Slack Message?

Is there a way to include a lead’s company name and email address in messages sent to Slack via the Slack integration and Intercom workflows? The old (deprecated) Intercom Convert Slack integration did that, and we are now replacing that with the current Slack app/integration, but we need to retain that functionality. Thanks!

Custom Actions API in Intercom always takes the first message as the input for the request body, regardless of subsequent messages

I have a Custom actions API in which I have used the messageBody variable in my post request, however, when the flow is triggered on user’s message it always picks the very first msg that user sent in intercom chat widget and passes that to the post request and ignores all subsequent messages. In every subsequent request to my API the first message is being passed in the request body

Linear integration broken

Hi ! We've been extensively using the intercom / linear integration as well as some custom API calls to create tickets in linear from intercom and link them. Yesterday, the scenario we created that worked well until then stopped working. It seems it's no longer possible to link intercom tracker tickets to linear tickets (it's only possible to link conversations). This breaks all of the processes we put in place and is a huge pain in the ass. Could you please rollback those changes ? Thanks in advance !

Is there any way to create a public app which can be used in workflow but appears in the "Add integration section" dropdown instead of the  “send an app dropdown”. I want to build an app which can be used as integration, and the app can return some data which can be used as input in other nodes in the workflow. Is there any way to achieve that? I don’t want to use custom actions for this.

Stripe Sync Stopped Working

Stripe sync stopped working around 9am Thursday morning for us. Before that any user who had a stripe account would sync user attributes in Intercom, including stripe_id, stripe_plan_price, and stripe_subscription_status. But now that has suddenly stopped, which breaks a lot of our rules and segments. I tried turning sync on and off but that did not solve the issue.
