Agent Status pulled from API

How would I be able to send real time agent status to our WFM platform? They can set up an integration via API or database ODBC.

 

For this specific use case we need the current agent status sent over so we can compare their status to their scheduled activity.

The Admin Model should help you out here! Specifically, you could make a call to the List all activity logs endpoint and take a look at the away_mode_enabled attribute, then calculate the time that teammates had away mode enabled for.
