Articles API by tab

You would think the Articles API needs to accept TAGs as a param for it to work efficiently….other wise you cal call only by single IDs…...

Any one else agree?

It looks like you have an open conversation with the team on this too, so I grabbed some context from there! It sounds like you are trying to receive an Article, is that right? If so, you’re spot on, you need to use the Retrieve an Article endpoint with the ID in the params. You can find the ID by either listing all Articles or in the browser bar when viewing the Article in Intercom. Would you be able to provide some context on why you’d like to retrieve Articles using tags as the query? I’d love to flag this as a feature request for the team!

HI

well it seems highly problematic to call and present by ID…….certainly not scalable

lets say we way to tag some articles as “new user”.  we could write code that always shows to a “new user” tagged same

AND if we add more articles we just tag them - no more code edits

Surely the way to go in a no code world….
