Intercom ui allows me to add tags to articles and filter articles by those tags but as far as I can see there is no such functionality on the API? Can it be done?

At this time it is not possible to search for Articles using a tag as the query parameter. I’d be happy to flag this with the team as a feature request!


@Racheal Any insight on where this on the backlog? As of right now, I don’t see much value in tags for articles at all. Including tags in the article API schema opens a lot of very useful things we can do in product to elevate specifically relevant content. This one, presumably very small, feature would make the help center features an order of magnitude more useful for us.

I took a look and it seems like its still not possible to do this. I’m going to add this as a +1 on this request and see if it speeds things along.

Whenever we do release new features, we'll announce it on the Product Changes page, so I'd recommend keeping an eye here!
