Good afternoon. Is it possible to add an executing code to the trigger that can check for the presence of installed software on the user's device?

This isn't something that would be visible to Intercom. Intercom cannot be "installed" on a device to check for downloaded software. You would need the user to supply you with this info or use a downloaded tool to run the detection and then send it to Intercom.
