I got registered on the intercom from my mobile and I was using the messenger, after reinstalling the app I am getting this error

Failed to register or update user: {"type":"error.list","request_id":"000r73k9800sstpeesi0","errors":[{"code":"conflict","message":"Multiple existing users match this email address myemail@gmail.com - must be more specific using user_id"}]}

How can I check whether my email is registered or not on intercom

Hey @lisa b11​  am unable to send message via messenger, not showing option to send as am using trial without payment option details.
