We basically want to automate a certain support related banner messages to our CI/CD pipelines.
For example when the new release is being build, we want to be able to programmatically set a banner message (from a list of templated banner messages) that the release is about to happen and once the release is finished and deployed, we want to be able to again programmatically via some api remove that earlier banner message.
