Missing ratelimit in headers | Community

Hello, Intercom šŸ¤—
There are cases when no information regarding ratelimit is returned in response headers. Is there an explanation or can it be considered a bug?

Here is an example of such a response ā¬‡ļø

It can happen from time to time, without any clear pattern. Also it can happen with any of API calls.

I havenā€™t been able to find anything documented on our end here detailing why a rate limit header would be missing. That said, Iā€™m also not able to pull up your request using your request_id for some reason. Would you mind writing into the support team so we can take a better look at this for you?
